If you have Microsoft Internet Explorer Browser:
1. Click on Tools from the MenuBar of the browser and
select Internet Options.
2. On the Internet Options screens, click on the
Security tab.
3. On the Security Tab screen, click on the
Custom Level button which is on the bottom of
the screen.
4. You will see the Security Settings screen and
at this point, you will need to scroll down until
you see COOKIES. You will need to click on enable
for both of the questions under the Cookies
section.
5. Now you have Cookies enabled and you should
be able to login.
If you have Netscape Browser:
1. Click on EDIT from the menubar of the browser
and select Preferences.
2. On the left hand side under Category, you
will need to click on Advanced.
3. You will see cookies on the bottom right hand
side of the screen. Under Cookies, click on
"Accept All Cookies".
4. Now you have Cookies enabled and you should
be able to login.
